Estimated shipping times
Our prices include all duties and import taxes. There is nothing to pay on delivery. Shipping is free within Italy and on all international orders over 200 EUR.
We ship to more than 200 countries direct from our partner workshop in Florence, and dispatch every order within 24 hours of purchase.

Times are from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Tracking is provided on every order.
Customs and duties
Duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. Your order will not be held by customs for payment and no courier will ask you for money on delivery. This applies worldwide, including the United States since the ending of the de minimis exemption in August 2025.

- Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination
If an item is not in stock
Our goods are handmade in small runs, so occasionally an item takes longer to prepare. If that happens we will contact you with an updated estimate rather than leaving you waiting. If you need something by a particular date, email us before ordering and we will confirm availability.
