Handmade in Florence

Florence has been a centre of fine leather craft for centuries, and every Leather Italiano piece is made there by skilled Florentine artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations. From cutting and stitching to hand-painted edges and finishing, each bag, wallet and belt is made with a level of care that mass-produced leather goods simply can't match.

Our goods are made and dispatched from a partner workshop at Via Ferdinando Bonaventura Moggi 11, 50127 Firenze, Italy — in the Santa Croce leather district, a few streets from where Florentine leatherwork has been practised since the Renaissance.

Genuine Italian leather, described honestly

We use genuine full-grain and top-grain Italian leather — the outer layers of the hide, chosen for strength, natural grain and the patina they develop with age. Sourced from Italian tanneries and worked by hand in Florence.

Bought direct from the maker

Leather Italiano works directly with the artisans and workshops who make our products. There is no importer, no distributor and no boutique markup between the workshop bench and your door — which is the entire reason a bag that would carry a €400 price tag through a conventional supply chain sits in our range at a fraction of it.

Delivered worldwide, duties included

We ship worldwide direct from Italy and dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery to the United States takes 3–6 days, and our prices include all duties — there is nothing to pay when your order arrives. Shipping is free on orders over €200 and free within Italy.

Every piece carries a 30-day return policy with a prepaid return label and no restocking fee.
